W07 Reflection

This week was so eye-opening and very fun to learn about. One of my favorite things I learned about was the 7 Habits. These were so interesting to learn about and I truly tried to think of where I can use these habits in my life. One habit that stood out to me was learning about #3 which was put first things first. This was a great reminder to step back and see what needs to be a priority and how to make things a priority. Another habit that I loved was number 4 which was think win/win. When I first read this I thought what a great way of thinking. Having a mindset of I can win no matter what will truly get you far in life and will help you have a great outlook on life. I also loved reading the talk Stand True and Faithful by President Hinckley. This talk was such a good one and I took so much from it. I loved how we talked about being true to yourself and how when you do, you will be blessed. He mentioned that when we are honest and true with ourselves and with others, Heavenly Father...

W06 Reflection

I loved learning and gaining a deeper understanding from this week studies. I loved the Harvard Business review and the concepts that I took from that. Some of the things that I took about from this is one quote that says not being able to take part in an opportunity because you took too much time. And, basically, this quote was just saying that sometimes if you were taking too long on investigating an opportunity when you actually get to the point where you want to take apart and be part of the opportunity, it is no longer existent because you took too much time. And this really took out to me because I think sometimes we can get trapped in stress and anxiety and want to analyze every specific detail, which is a great thing to do, but that can sometimes take us away from the path of succeeding and what we can learn even if we don’t know the full story behind it. Another thing that I took away that I thought was really cool from this was that it talks about how entrepreneurs can be sma...

W05 Reflection

I loved the reading and videos for this week. It was very eye-opening and I felt that I was able to learn a lot more. One of the things that stood out to me was the video How do you find your passion. It was really cool to hear what he had to say. He mentions in the video that to find out what we are passionate about, we need to find out what is paralyzing us to not be passionate about things. He goes on to talk about how being passionate and finding passion is just as easy as following our gut feeling and that we can have passion in our lives and be successful. Another thing that stood out to me was the video called A Hero's journey. He talks about how to be a hero we need to live every moment life our life like it matters. When we put our worth and our happiness a priority in our lives we will be successful.

W04 Reflection

This week I love learning and studying about how I can measure my life and what that all means. As we studied more about the different articles, how will you measure your life and the little things are important. I was able to take what that meant for me and what I will take into my life to make my life better that way. One of the things I love from the little things are important is that when we truly do look at the little things in life those are gonna be the things that help us stay on the path. It also talks about creating a strategy for your life and how you want to measure your life. This made me think to create a strategy and a plan on what I wanna do with my life and how I’m going to react. When I have a better attitude and outlook on life, I’m going to be able to get more things done and that’s why I wanna measure. My life is in my positive attitude and also looking at the little things and realizing that, that’s just as important.

W03 Reflection: Entrepreneurial Journal

After reflecting on this week, studies readings, and videos. I was able to take away a few different things as we talked about honesty and business ethics one of my favorite things that we talked about this week was the true blue through and through by Sheri L. Dew. I loved all that she said about, learning the virtue of integrity. I think that as we get older and go through more experiences, we realize how important is to have that virtue of integrity and how important is to be honest with ourselves and honest with others around us. One thing that she mentions in her Talk is that living with integrity isn’t always easy, but it is far easier than the consequences that can follow not being honest. And I love that because I think sometimes we can all put ourselves in different situations and we gotta find a way out of it and the way to get out of it is to be honest and if we choose that way, it’s gonna be way less painful way less stressful than if we choose the other way. Another thing ...
