W03 Reflection: Entrepreneurial Journal
After reflecting on this week, studies readings, and videos. I was able to take away a few different things as we talked about honesty and business ethics one of my favorite things that we talked about this week was the true blue through and through by Sheri L. Dew. I loved all that she said about, learning the virtue of integrity. I think that as we get older and go through more experiences, we realize how important is to have that virtue of integrity and how important is to be honest with ourselves and honest with others around us. One thing that she mentions in her Talk is that living with integrity isn’t always easy, but it is far easier than the consequences that can follow not being honest. And I love that because I think sometimes we can all put ourselves in different situations and we gotta find a way out of it and the way to get out of it is to be honest and if we choose that way, it’s gonna be way less painful way less stressful than if we choose the other way. Another thing I loved learning about this was setting goals with myself and giving myself protocols. Choosing the I will always, and I will never do. I think this was a good time for me to be true to myself and to know what I want to see personally and myself and in ways I can succeed. The activity was very eye-opening as I was able to look through and realize I probably don’t wanna always do that or I do always wanna do that, etc. This week's studies gave me a really good deeper understanding of what it means to be honest and how being honest with that at home with friends at school at work how that’s always going to bless our lives.
